TEE TIME CANCELLATION POLICY
It is the responsibility of the tee time subscriber to cancel or modify group sizes no later than 24 hours before the scheduled reservation. These cancellations or modifications can be made on line, by calling the call center 844-800-4653 or by calling the course directly. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the subscriber incurring financial penalties, suspension from the tee time service, suspension from appropriate registration status or a combination of all three. Detailed below are the steps:
- Violations will incur a $10 per person fee for each no show. Subscriber will be suspended from tee time service and appropriate registration status until fee is paid
- Non-members must provide a credit card number when booking and full group green fees will be charged in the event of a group no showing or failing to have the number of players booked.
In the event of questionable weather if 80% of scheduled tee times are present then requirements of this policy will be enforced.
